Time-to-fill proxy: roles that linger vs roles that vanish
15 roles are 7 days old or newer. 206 have been on the board 4+ weeks. 0 closed in the last 7 days.
This is a proxy, not time-to-fill from an ATS. A role that vanishes in a week was either filled or pulled. A role that lingers may be hard to staff — or evergreen. We only see first-seen and closed-on-this-board.
The Monday Board is the week table. This note is the persistence cut: 7-day new, 28-day linger, 7-day closed. We do not call a linger “hard to fill” — Palantir-style evergreen postings stay open for years.
