What we compare
The matcher embeds the CV text and the live job descriptions, then ranks roles already on this board. It does not invent jobs. It does not apply for you. Apply stays on the company site.
What we do not do
We do not keep the file as an application store. Uploads expire. We do not send the CV to employers. We do not use it to train a public model.
Why the list is short
The candidate set is UK-eligible tech and product roles only. If a lab is hiring only in California, it will not appear — even if the CV is a perfect research match. That is the product.
